A Belgian-style saison ale that's refreshingly dry & effervescent. Lemongrass & coriander added for mild citrus, bright floral & lemon aromas that mesh well with the pepper-like & fruity bubblegum flavors provided from the unique yeast strain. Pale, wheat & Vienna malts used to create a balanced, slightly toasty backdrop for the spicy, earthy, floral & citrus notes coming from the German hops.

Once dubbed "the purest water in the world" the Big Eddy Spring runs right through our brewery in the heart of Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin, and is where our Big Eddy Imperial Stout gets its name. It was Leinenkugel's in 2007 but it's officially back for a limited time from our Pilot Brewery! It boasts a selection of 8 malts & grains balanced by 3 different & distinct hops. It's dark and complex, with chocolate tones & notes of dark fruits, it's daring yet delicious. 7.5% ABV 83 IBU
